WORK IN MOTION

BRINGING KENTUCKY KNOW-HOW TO TEXAS

MEET
LAUREN
LAMBERT

Born and raised in the heart of horse country, Louisville, Kentucky, Lauren is a second-generation upper-level rider and trainer.  Successfully reaching the CCI4* level at the age of 19 with her family's OTTB, Baba Creek, was just the beginning of an exciting journey around the world.

Lauren has worked for and ridden with some of the nation’s top riders including David O’Connor, Jimmy Wofford and Phillip Dutton.  She spent twelve years studying and schooling German Classical Dressage techniques which embedded in her how to sympathetically and systematically train even the most difficult horses.  Developing under world-class instructors, along with growing up in the business, Lauren has the experience, confidence, and deep-rooted know-how for communicating, coaching, and helping horses and riders reach their goals.

Lauren has also ridden and worked for American Grand Prix Show Jumping Champion Derek Braun of Split Rock Farm in Lexington, Kentucky and  German Team World Champion and Individual Show Jumping Bronze medalist Sören Von Rönne  in Hamburg, Germany.  After being Talent Spotted onto the Under 25 Eventing Squad in 2013 and training with the US Eventing High Performance Team, Lauren relocated to Dallas to be with her husband, Adam.  Lauren is excited at the opportunity to work with horses and riders of all levels from her home base in Dallas-Fort Worth.

HAPPY CLIENTS

"I have been riding my entire life and I’ve had amazing opportunities to ride with some great trainers, as well as ones that are not so great.    Having a supportive and encouraging trainer who pushes you to your best can be the difference between loving the sport and leaving the sport.  I started riding with Lauren this past year and it did not take long for us to develop an amazing relationship both on and off horses. Last year during a two-week stint in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, the stars aligned for my newly acquired horse and I and that is largely in part due to Lauren’s coaching, support, and encouragement.  I would not be where I am today without her, and I know our journey together has only just begun. Lauren has been a crucial catalyst for my love of the sport, and I will always be thankful." --- Henley F.

"After 10 years off from Eventing, Lauren has instilled confidence in me to get back out there.  She found a super young horse that is beyond talented for me to take up the levels.  Lauren's knowledge in all three phases and her ability to break down the steps needed for a solid base have given me the tools to not just compete but to do so successfully." --- Christina L.
